Behind the scenes at the Congress Theatre in Cwmbran during rehearsals for Goldilocks and the Three Bears

There are just two days to go until the curtain is raised at the Congress Theatre for Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Cwmbran Woodland Players are behind the show which runs from Wednesday 4 January to Saturday 7 January. Tickets cost £9 (£7 concessions- students, Over 60s and children). You can buy tickets direct from the theatre.  The show starts at 7pm with a 1pm matinee on Saturday.

The group is named after Woodland Road sports and social club where they usually rehearse. They have been putting on shows in the town for 40 years. Members range from around aged seven to 70.

  1. Goldilocks and the Three Bears will b a fantastic pantomime. My grandaughter Alys Jones is playing Goldilocks and my grandson David Jones is playing Daddy Bear and my daughter Sarah Jones is the musical director. They all enjoy being part of Cwmbran Woodland Players. I wish the whole cast Good Luck for the pantimome.ENJOY.
